To order Name Badges
Option 1. We design your badge
(a) Just e-mail us your logo and a list of the names for the badges, each name needs to be on a
separate line, if a second line of text is required (i.e. position) keep this information on the same
line as
the name and separated from the name with a "tab". Please include any information on the colours
and
layout required. Be sure to enter 'name badges' as the subject and include Your Name, Company
Name, Address, Contact Phone No. and Fax. No. and if you require a production proof (see below). If
you don't have your logo on file please post us a good quality bromide or letterhead. We will then e-mail
you the setup cost and any relevant information.
(b) Fill out the name badge order form or your official company order form include your method of
payment and fax it to us. We will design your badge for you and e-mail a proof for your approval. Your
credit card will not be debited until your approval of the e-mailed proof and total price.
Australian Government Departments and Schools
As above in (a) and just fax us your official order form.
Option 2. Design your own badge
As above except instead of e-mailing us your logo e-mail us your design in one of our three standard
sizes 60 x 20mm, 60 x 25mm , 76 x 25mm or a custom size for a quote.
Production Proof
A free production proof is available on request on all orders of over 25 badges. If you require
a
production proof on orders for under 25 badges please order as a single badge and when you place your
full order you will not be charged for set up. Note: due to shipping times ordering a production proof
may
delay your order by up to 7 days.
General ordering information
File formats
Please e-mail your logo or design in one of the following formats, listed in order of preference - Corel
Draw (ver 7 or below), .ai, .eps, .wmf, .tif, .bmp, or post us a good quality bromide or letterhead.
Please
ensure that bitmap files for
name badges, computer badges and trophy discs are 600 dpi at full size.
Delivery
Normal delivery 7-12 working days by Post within Australia and the USA. Other
countries may experience longer delays, please enquire when placing an order or seeking a quotation.
If
you require a production proof delivery of order may be delayed up to 7 days. Urgent jobs are our
specialty.
Exchange rate (outside Australia only)
Due to fluctuations in exchange rates there may be some variation in what you are actually charged
on
your credit card and the prices listed in American $ on this site. Signs Plus guarantee that the actual
price charged will always be the same or less than the American $ price listed on this site.
Note: "A.V. Electronics Pty. Ltd." will appear on your credit card statement.
Special: No setup charges when you supply suitable artwork.
