High quality print
This is the very best quality and is recommended for close viewing distances and any smaller decals
and all fridge magnets.
Standard quality print
This is still quite a high quality, recommended for outdoor banners and for viewing distances of
more
than a meter.
Sign quality print
Recommended for viewing distances of more than 5 meters, colours not as vibrant.
Premium vinyl
Usually a cast vinyl that has a very long life, flexible and most suitable for applying over curved
surfaces. Comes with an application paper mask on larger stickers. Very little shrinkage.
High performance vinyl
Usually a calendared vinyl that has a long external life, not as flexible as premium, best for flat
surfaces, the best option for bumper stickers and all but the most demanding jobs.
Gold or silver vinyl
Usually a calendared vinyl that has a reasonably long external life, not as flexible as premium,
a
metallic finish, best for flat surfaces.
Silver mylar (brushed)
A metallic brushed finish (looks like real metal), has a limited exterior life, not as flexible
as
premium, best for flat surfaces. If printed with a solid colour to the edge requires a UV laminate to
prevent curl.
UV Film
Clear over laminate film that extends the life of the print for approx 2 years and protect the surface
from scratching, recommended for all long term external signage and on stickers that have a solid
dark colour print right to the edge.
Liquid laminate
Clear liquid that protects the print from scratching and extends the life of the print by approx
1 year.
Recommended for all long term banners and stickers.
Custom shapes
Basic shape are squares, triangles circles etc. Complex shapes usually follow the outline of the
subject.
DMR bracing
Aluminium bracing for external signs to be pole mounted.
Aluminium
Very flat surface, light and rigid, ideal for all types of signage. Must use with DMR bracing.
Colorbond steel
Not as flat as aluminium, normally .8mm thick, suitable for all types of signage, not suitable for
custom shapes.
Acrylic (Perspex)
Suitable for all types of signage, custom shapes in smaller sizes (laser cut) up to 800 x 490mm.
VHB tape
Very High Bond double sided tape, ideal for mounting signs to flat surfaces. Note: mounting is
permanent, sign or surface will most likely be damaged removal attempted. Note: we do have a less
aggressive tape available.
Coreflute
Corrugated plastic, 5mm and 3mm thick, very light suitable for shorter term exterior signage and
display work. Smooth face coreflute is sometimes available.
Velcro
Ideal for display work to mount signs and displays to velcro compatible materials.
